The KAIVANT
Practitioner
Community

One community. One credential. For practitioners who are serious about measuring and improving how organisations integrate AI.

The founding cohort is open now
I The community

One intellectual home. One path in.

The KAIVANT community is not an open platform. It is a credential-based intellectual home for people who apply the framework with organisations and move the thinking forward.

Everyone comes in through the same door: the Certified Kaivant Practitioner programme. Writing, research and new thinking grow from practice. The community is not open enrolment. Membership is by application.

The community grows with the founding practitioner cohort, which is open now. Founding members shape how the framework is applied, validated, and refined in practice.

1 Framework access: working papers, measurement specifications, and validation programme updates before public release
2 Research collaborations: contribute to and co-author validation research with the KAIVANT team
3 Community events: shared seminars, working sessions, and practitioner roundtables
4 Practitioner spaces: a dedicated environment for practitioner discussions
II The CKP path

One community. One path in.

III The CKP journey

Five steps to CKP status.

1
Application
Submit your background, experience, and why KAIVANT. We are looking for practitioners already working at the intersection of human capability and AI integration.
2
KAIVANT Foundations
Complete KAIVANT Foundations: about five hours of self-paced study covering the full conceptual and diagnostic framework. Provided on acceptance.
3
CKP Practitioner Masterclass
Three days of practice with real data. Day 1: a short recap of Foundations and the two free tests, read as a practitioner. Day 2: the full Kaivant-I and the full Kaivant-O, hands-on in the Practitioner Portal. Day 3: from diagnosis to engagement, and the case you will defend. Available online or face-to-face.
4
Board Defence
One to two weeks after the Masterclass. You pitch your proposal for a client case to a board of three Kaivant practitioners, who act as the client's decision makers, then answer their questions on the proposal and on KAIVANT. You may use AI to prepare.
5
CKP Status
Certified Kaivant Practitioner, granted on the board's yes. Listed on the KAIVANT session pages, with your consent. Access to the CKP Toolkit and the Practitioner Portal.
CKP
Certified Kaivant
Practitioner
Founding CKPs are the first practitioners to carry this credential. They contribute to the validation programme from its earliest phase, while the evidence base for the framework is being built. This is rare access to a measurement standard at the moment it is being built.
IV The learning path

Start with KAIVANT Foundations.

Before the three-day CKP Practitioner Masterclass, every participant completes KAIVANT Foundations (L1): about five hours of self-paced pre-reading covering the full conceptual and diagnostic framework. It is the foundation that makes the Masterclass productive.

KAIVANT Foundations covers why KAIVANT exists, the individual instrument (Kaivant-I) and the organisational instrument (Kaivant-O) with their nine dimensions, the two free tests (the Kaivant-I Starter and the Leadership Pulse), and how a score becomes the start of a development conversation. Participants who work carefully through L1, including the self-tests, get much more from the three days.

Access to KAIVANT Foundations is provided on acceptance into the programme. It is not publicly available.

2 KAIVANT Foundations: about five hours of self-paced study. Provided on application acceptance.
3 CKP Practitioner Masterclass: three days of practice with real data, ending with the case you prepare and defend before a board. Available online or face-to-face.
V Why join

Three reasons to join the founding cohort.

i
Be part of the founding cohort
The founding cohort shapes how the framework is applied in practice: the tools, the language, the edge cases. This is not a passive membership. Founding practitioners have a direct line into how KAIVANT develops.
ii
Access the Practitioner Toolkit
Structured tools for applying Kaivant-O and Kaivant-I with organisations: diagnostic frameworks, facilitation guides, and reporting templates. Built for practitioners doing real engagements with real clients.
iii
Contribute to validation
Founding practitioners contribute to the KAIVANT validation programme from its earliest phase: the foundation of the evidence base. Your applied work becomes part of how the framework earns its credibility over the coming years.
