Bring KAIVANT
into your
practice.

For consultants, coaches, and in-house strategy and L&D leads who help organisations adopt AI well. The first partner cohort is open.

Five partner roles · two open now
I Why KAIVANT

AI adoption fails on people, not on tools.

Most organisations can tell you how many AI licences they bought. Few can tell you whether their people are getting better at their work with AI, or just more dependent on it. That is where adoption stalls, and where the return never shows up.

KAIVANT measures both sides: what AI is doing to the work, and what it is doing to the people doing it. It gives you, the practitioner, four things to work with.

1 An honest baseline of where the organisation stands with AI
2 Where it is strong, and where it is exposed
3 A clear first move, agreed with the leadership team
4 A second measurement later, so everyone can see what moved
II Where we are

In use with clients. Now going international.

III Five roles

Which partner are you?

There are five ways to work with KAIVANT. Two are open now. You can hold more than one role.

Open now

Certified KAIVANT Practitioner (CKP)

For consultants, executive coaches and internal transformation leads who run engagements with clients.

  • Run KAIVANT with a client: their people take Kaivant-I, their leaders take the Leadership Pulse, and you assess the organisation through interviews and evidence.
  • Read the results with the leadership team and help them agree where to start.
  • Plan the work, measure again after an agreed period, and show what changed.
Open now

Ambassador

For well-connected advisers, board members and industry leaders who open doors but do not run assessments themselves.

  • Introduce KAIVANT to leadership teams, advisory firms and industry bodies in your region or sector.
  • Build relationships that lead to engagements for certified practitioners.
  • Speak for KAIVANT at events and roundtables, and in your own network.

Business and Leadership Coach

For coaches who work with leaders and teams after the assessment.

  • Coach leaders through what changes when AI enters their teams: who decides, who checks the output, and how people stay confident to speak up.
  • Help teams turn the recommendations into everyday habits.
  • Keep the change going between measurements, so the next result shows real progress.

Thought Leader

For researchers, writers and senior practitioners who move the thinking forward.

  • Write about how organisations and people actually adapt to AI.
  • Lead roundtables and sessions for partners and clients.
  • Challenge the framework and help it improve, based on what you see in practice.

Technology Partner

For technology advisers and integrators who select and implement AI.

  • Use the KAIVANT baseline to match tool choices to what the organisation and its people are ready for.
  • Plan how new AI tools fit existing systems, data and ways of working.
  • Adjust the technical plan as later measurements show the organisation moving.
IV Combining roles

Many partners hold more than one role.

i
Practitioner and Coach
You run the assessment, then coach the leadership team through the change.
ii
Ambassador or Thought Leader, and Practitioner
Your network and your ideas open the door. Your certification lets you deliver.
iii
Technology Partner with Practitioner or Coach
The technical plan and the people plan come from the same baseline.
V How partnering works

Your clients stay yours.

1
Your clients, your terms
Your client relationships, your pricing and your positioning are yours. KAIVANT does not contact your clients.
2
Clients can find you
We are setting up a public directory of certified practitioners by region. A client who wants help will be able to choose a practitioner, and the request goes to that practitioner. Founding practitioners are listed first.
3
Shared learning, anonymised
Each engagement adds anonymised figures to the KAIVANT data set: no names, and no individual answers. As the data set grows, sector comparisons get sharper for every partner and every client.
4
References with permission
A client's name or story is used in public only with that client's explicit approval.
VI Privacy

Client data is handled with care.

Your clients trust you with what their people and leaders tell you. That trust carries over to us. These are the rules we work to.

1 Client engagements run in the KAIVANT practitioner portal, a closed environment for certified practitioners. Other partners never see your clients' data.
2 Leaders answer by role, not by name.
3 KAIVANT uses anonymised figures only, to improve the instruments and the sector comparisons.
VII Becoming a CKP

The route to CKP.

1
Apply
Tell us about your practice and why KAIVANT.
2
Kaivant Foundations
About five hours of self-paced study, provided once you are accepted.
3
CKP Practitioner Masterclass
Three days, online or face to face.
4
Certification
You work through a client case and are assessed by experienced KAIVANT practitioners.
5
CKP status
You can then use the KAIVANT instruments with your own clients, paid per assessment.
VIII Fees and rewards

Fair terms, set for your market.

We do not publish prices. We agree terms with each partner directly, and we are working out the details with the first partners now.

1 Every role carries a reward. Practitioners and coaches charge their own clients. Ambassadors and thought leaders are rewarded for what they bring in.
2 Fees are set per region. Certification and assessment fees fit local markets.
IX Growing together

A network that learns from its own work.

i
Learn across markets
Meet practitioners, coaches and technology partners in other markets, and share anonymised cases and what worked.
ii
Shape the indicators
What partners see in practice feeds the yearly review of the KAIVANT indicators.
iii
Relevant in every sector
With partners across sectors and countries, from banking to public service, KAIVANT stays relevant wherever it is used.
