The KAIVANT
Practitioner
Community

Two streams. One intellectual home. For practitioners and thought leaders who are serious about measuring and improving how organisations integrate AI.

Registration for the founding cohort opens later in 2026
I
The community

The KAIVANT community is not an open platform. It is a credential-based intellectual home for two distinct groups: those advancing the field intellectually, and those applying the framework with organisations.

Both streams share spaces, events, and research access. Neither stream is open enrolment. Membership is by application.

The community launches alongside the founding practitioner cohort later in 2026. Founding members shape how the framework is applied, validated, and refined in practice.

1 Framework access: working papers, measurement specifications, and validation programme updates before public release
2 Research collaborations: contribute to and co-author validation research with the KAIVANT team
3 Cross-stream events: shared seminars, working sessions, and practitioner roundtables
4 Separate stream spaces: dedicated environments for Thought Leader and Practitioner discussions

CKP
Certified Kaivant
Practitioner
Founding CKPs are the first practitioners to carry this credential. They contribute to the validation programme at Stage 0/1: the earliest phase of building the evidence base for the framework. This is rare access to a measurement standard at the moment it is being built.
IV
The learning path
Start with
Kaivant Foundations.

Before the three-day Practitioner Workshop, every participant completes Kaivant Foundations (L1): approximately four hours of self-paced pre-reading covering the full theoretical and diagnostic framework. It is the intellectual foundation that makes the workshop productive.

L1 covers the measurement problem, the two-axis architecture and nine dimensions, the lag/lead diagnostic model, the individual instrument (Kaivant-I), and how to read a Kaivant Score for different audiences. Participants who arrive having worked carefully through L1, including the self-check questions, get significantly more from the three days.

Access to Kaivant Foundations is provided upon workshop registration. It is not publicly available.

L1 Kaivant Foundations: approximately four hours of self-paced study. Provided on application acceptance.
L2 Three-Day Practitioners Workshop: applied framework, live assessment scenarios, and the diagnostic craft of KAIVANT practice. Available online or face-to-face.
L3 Advanced Kaivant Practitioner: community and peer contribution. Leads to the AKP credential.

Why join
Three reasons to
join the founding
cohort.
i
Be part of the founding cohort
The founding cohort shapes how the framework is applied in practice: the tools, the language, the edge cases. This is not a passive membership. Founding practitioners have a direct line into how KAIVANT develops.
ii
Access the Practitioner Toolkit
Structured tools for applying Kaivant-O and Kaivant-I with organisations: diagnostic frameworks, facilitation guides, and reporting templates. Built for practitioners doing real engagements with real clients.
iii
Contribute to validation
Founding practitioners contribute to the KAIVANT validation programme at Stage 0/1: the foundation of the evidence base. Your applied work becomes part of how the framework earns its credibility over the coming years.
